We did have to work together on getting her a specific number of the product in question but with a couple of pictures of the original packaging, we were able to get this resolved. While we could not keep the product due to fitment issues, the seller did refund us the item as requested and honored their policy,

  I did not get the product I ordered, because after I ordered it, they messaged me to tell me that they didn't actually have it in stock. They should be paying more attention to what they have in stock so they are not advertising that they can get something shipped out right away if they don't actually have it.
