  This is the second seat I have purchased from this seller. As with the first, the shipping was quite prompt, packaging was very good. Packaging allows it to be shipped by UPS or FedEx - less expensive than freight for an item like this. Item was as described with good photos. Very fair pricing. There was a discrepancy that was handled fairly with good communications throughout from the seller. Thanks!

  To say I am pleased with this seller would be an understatement. Best customer service and communication EVER! Super super fast shipping, part was carefully packed (wrapped in black plastic and securely tied down to the pallet … I had to return a previous one from another Co. that couldnt be more careless in shipping it and It arrived broken! It came with labels stating the donor’s car VIN and all the information possible. They had drained the fluids which helped a lot. A+ superhighly recommend

  The product came very quickly. I like the way they had it packaged. When opening it up I found both items to be in excellent condition as shown and described!!! There was a little glitch. I sent them an email. They promptly returned my email. Explaining to me that it was a eBay glitch. So I took it up with eBay. With my Items arriving so quickly and The immediate response to my email was excellent!!!! I will be purchasing from them again.And I highly recommend them to everybody

  Item was exactly as advertised, in the condition shown in photos. Usual Subaru quality, and were a significant value vs buying new from the dealer. Shipping was ok. Packaging appeared well thought out, could have been a tick faster given the short distance from seller to myself, but I've had a lot worse.

  Part came to Houston Tx in two days was packed well and just as the seller said. Seller responded to messages fast and was honest about my question.. i installed it and it worked perfectly. I will definitely be buying parts from this seller again!
