  These are NOT TILES as advertised. They are heavy stones attached to a mesh background. They fall apart when you open the box. I tried to return them and the QR code the seller gave me did not work at Fed Ex. Fed Ex would not accept it. I had to go through a lot of trouble to get six heavy boxes to a Fed Ex only to find that the QR code did not work. So I paid for them myself and now am having problems getting a refund.

The listing includes details on dimensions, materials, and weight. The return label wasn't issued by us; it was handled by eBay as part of their return process. A full refund will be provided after receiving and inspecting the returned items. The buyer requests a refund outside the eBay platform.
