  Everything went so smoothly that I had no need for direct communication with the seller who I would definitely use again. They packed and shipped the items promptly and they arrived safely.   The frame arrived very well packaged but upon inspection, it had tons of little white marks on all 4 sides of the frame. I contacted the seller to see if she would offer a partial refund but when I did, she refused and told me to just return it. I would have been willing to keep it but the seller was unwilling to work with me at all.

  I would have definitely been willing to work with you; however, you requested a $10 refund on a $10.44 order. I felt, if you were that unhappy with your purchase, you should just send it back with a 100% refund.
