  Excellent seller! The item was delayed due to low stock on their end but the seller reached out to me asap and worked to get one shipped out to me. It was well-packaged and protected, and I really appreciate the care that was taken to ensure its safe arrival.

  "In stock item"...nope, not in stock. Was told item coming from warehouse in 5-7 days. After waiting 7 days, requested refund. 2 hours later USPS had my item and it was on its way!!!! Nope, delivered to a different address and different name in my zip code per USPS investigation. Shady business practices, false tracking numbers provided to buyers. Refunded by Ebay, not the seller. **AVOID THIS SELLER** **FRAUDULENT SELLER** **BUYER BEWARE**

  As stated battery was in stock. Shipped out of secondary warehouse. This was communicated prior to shipping. Shipping label created based on address provided through Ebay. Line per line. We do not have control of the package once it is handed to USPS. We are sorry you did not receive your order, but Ebay decided we folllowed the proper procedures and was not at fault for this issue and provided you your refund.

  Messed me around on the shipping. Battery listing said shipped from USA and available within a few days, seller messaged after purchase to say that it'd ship from China and would take another week, I gave it a week then said if they hadn't posted it yet then I'd like a refund 'cause I'd need it soon, seller shipped the item from US the next day. Listing still says shipped from US. Generally sketchy, one to avoid.

  As stated, customer was notified of battery being shipped from our overseas warehouse. This often occurs with limited or high traffic batteries. A shipping label is created the next day at our local warehouse for this order. It takes at least 7 business days for this item to be received, processed and handed to USPS. At this point is when USPS scans the order and tracking begins. This has been our process.
