  The own parts were less $ and I asked seller for quicker shipping due to the minor emergency requirements for my Mother’s heat being out of commission and this company went way out of their way to accommodate my request and I received it the next business day to my utter shock. I have gotten so used to fact customer service went the way of the dodo long ago that this genuinely took me by surprise. Can’t begin to say enough good things about this company but I truly hope my testimony here helps

  The part arrived and it appears that the part is used and untested. No idea if it will work when I install it. The listing represented the part as NEW, Open Box. When I received the part and notified the seller, they promptly refunded my money. So the part is questionable, but the seller made it a good experience.
