  Shipped & packaged very well. However there were still a couple small broken plastic pieces in the bubble wrapped item and a bent frame for mounting it at the top of freezer that had to be straightened with pliers to install, nonetheless the replacement ice maker unit is functional so far which is the most important thing.

Packaged with extra padding and bubble wrap to ensure no damage with delivery. Only critique was that item was estimated to be delivered on 8/6/2025 but delayed until 8/8/2025.
