  The order should have been for 5 pieces but I only received 4. When I reported this to the seller, they suggested that I dropped one when opening the packaging and disputed the shortage citing an unspecified DHL shipping weight. When I further informed them of the actual weight they then reported maybe the warehouse missed one and suggested a credit of $3.50. I accepted but as English is not their first language, I don't wish to communicate further with this seller.

  I received the passport holder I ordered in Blue. It is perfect and I love the color. It looks like real leather. Received earlier than expected. Had an issue with not receiving the tracking number in the purchase order for days, but when I contacted the seller, they provided it, so I was able to track my package on my end. Thank you! I do really like it.
