  Boxset was exactly as described, brand new in shrink wrap and in perfect condition. Great picture quality with clear subtitles at a decent price. Delivery was fast and packaging was protective and secure. I will definitely buy again from this seller.

  Great communication from the seller, very friendly and polite emails keeping me updated on the dispatch of the item and I had a quick delivery via royal mail. The product arrived in perfect condition with no damage and is of good quality.   The seller behaved in an excellent manner throughout. The item had been packaged securely, however for some reason the DVD was cracked. I was very disappointed to be unable to play it, the item was out of stock so I requested a refund (having provided a photo of the damaged ). He refunded me immediately without quibbles. I appreciate the professionalism, thank you very much.

  Companies amazing, I broke one of the discs with my massive clumsy club hands. Asked if I could buy a replacement and they just said send a picture. And they mailed me out a replacement disc free of charge.l! So I ordered another set so it didn’t cost them to ship it. Great product, great customer service, constantly replying to me. Couldn’t ask for anything better. 10 of 10 I highest recommend using them for any ani e needs you have. Brilliant. Thanks guys.
