  The back pack was shipped brand new BUT shipped with amazon, not the seller. The quality is amazing but the shipping took two weeks after its expected delivery date. The seller responds but doesn't really tell you where it's at especially since the tracking does not update. Overall, the product looks amazing and the value is not really worth it.
