  Hate leaving negative feedback buBuyers beware of pre-ordering from this seller. Looking for a bday gift for my kid, I reached out to the seller before placing the pre-order and he assures me thru email that there would be no problem & he was guaranteed stock. 1.5 months go by, product is released & I hear nothing. Only after reaching out to him, he apologizes & says he doesn't have the product. He says he wants to make it right but does nothing. Read the reviews, this has happened before.

  We’re truly sorry this experience didn’t meet expectations. At the time, we were given confirmation on stock availability, which unfortunately fell through due to a supplier issue outside our control. We refunded the order immediately and offered to help source the item elsewhere. While rare, we understand how frustrating this was and continue working to prevent it from happening again.   Seller canceled preorder, which is annoying. Seller claims it couldn’t be avoided, but if that’s possible, don’t list them for preorder! Plus, they went up in price significantly between preorder and release…coincidence? Unlikely.
