  We offered buyer a free return and to send the correct item back out. This would have cost the buyer $0 and no time as usps will pick up their package for free. They would have receoved the correct item in 3-4 days. Buyer refused to cooperate, insisting they keep the incorrect item and get a full refund and threatened negative feedback if we didnt comply. Regarding the screenshot, instead of cooperating, chose to buy elsewhere on backorder. We tried everything to help, buyer just wants to argue.
