  Unfortunately, this item didn't work out for me. Nothing wrong with it, just wasn't designed to play the discs I had. Delivery and return of the item was seamless.

  The mouse I received was in good shape and worked well. It was dirty, but I was able to clean it enough for my liking. It was a good purchase for the overall cost. The one issue that I did have was partially my fault. The incorrect address was listed for shipping, but I couldn't message the seller right after purchasing to correct the issue. When the option became available, the product had already been shipped. Not sure if this was an eBay or seller issue. Luckily, I was able to locate it!

  Item in great condition. I’ve gotten a good working product from this seller in the past but not with the gen 4. Communication was great but I feel that the seller has failed to test every unit with a ps5 because I have done everything to make it work with my ps5 and it does not work. Units are faulty and they only work with pc, not with base station for ps5. Be weary. If setup seems too complicated and sellers help isn’t working. It’s not you or what you’re not doing.
