  Screen well packaged in multiple layers providing excellent protection. - first placed in the transparent celuloid envelope +then in several wraps of bubble foil +Styrofoam nuggets in card box. Screen arrived undamaged even thou local postman throw the package over the fence to my yard. Screen totally matched the description with all relevant information provided in the description. It took it 11 days to arrive to my location. All in all very positive experience! Would shop again.

  Initially, when the screen arrived, unfortunately the item received was incorrect. I contacted the seller and they immediately refunded my payment AND shipped me the correct item free of charge by way of an apology. It arrived recently and was well packed and dispatched swiftly. I cannot recommend this seller highly enough. They are polite, they reply to messages promptly, and they make it right when something goes wrong. Brilliant brilliant service. Thank you so much for all your help.

  Excellent and very serious shop I bought many times from, this time I had a delivery problem because of the postal service and the parcel got sent back, they accepted to ship it again even though eBay didn't want to help. Object (laptop display) was new and very well packaged, 100% satisfied !
