  The Wheelie Bin is very good quality and great value for money. Free postage is excellent value. The original order did not arrive and the seller responded to my report of the issue immediately and sent a Tracked order straight away , which arrived promptly. Ultimately excellent service. Very pleased with purchase and seller.

  Ordered this garden brolly but it did not arrive on time and when checking the tracking number, it was not recognised by the courier. After contacting the seller, they expedited the item and we received it a couple of days later. The packaging was a bit tatty and the brolly had a slight dink in the metal connection but it was still o.k., so we just kept it. OK for the money.

  Very pleased with Big Owl. Description, price, appearance, dispatch time , delivery time, and seller’s communication were excellent. Perhaps experience would have been slightly better had it been wrapped in bubble wrap. He has a broken nose! However that would be due to rough handling by the carrier. Nose will be easily mended when I find my super glue. Then he will be placed on my water feature where hopefully he will deter pigeons from drinking and dropping. Thanks to seller.

  Good product at a reasonable price, but absolutely no additional packaging - just a label stuck on the (very thin) clear wrapper, which was badly torn by the time they arrived. Fortunately the tiles were complete and undamaged, but only just!

  The brolly eventually arrived a week late but through no fault of the seller. Item was damaged in transit and full refund has been given. The seller was very apologetic and resolved the matter quickly and efficiently.

  Had an issue with the packaging but seller dealt with it promptly and efficiently . Pleased with the condition and quality of the product and delivered in a timely manner, overall good value product that looks great in on the patio. Seller was helpful in responding to our concerns.
