  I requested to return the item I purchased, a Sunbeam Electric Blanket Dual Controller and ebay sent me a message that I would receive a return label by 9/19/25. I have sent a couple messages to the seller but I have not received any kind of acknowledgement of my request and I have not received a return label. Today is 9/19/25 @ 6:pm CST and I have heard nothing from this seller. I would like ebay to step in and see if they can find out if this guy can fulfill his obligations.

  Could not load item on my device. Says already registered on another device. I have contacted seller on multiple times with no response. i am sending back as says can be returned by October 2 but not sure I will be reimbursed as I have heard nothing from this seller.
