  I absolutely DO NOT recommend this seller. When the item arrived, I thought everything was fine since the controller and cords looked good. I open the packaging around the unit to find the console itself SEVERELY damaged. Pieces were chipped off and broken, and the unit was dirty. I uploaded pics of the damage and messaged the seller. NO response. I returned the item, & the seller tried to deny a portion of my refund. I had to get eBay involved. Horrible, stressful experience.

  Sends me a different product than pictured for the auction, then tries to gaslight me about it being a better value ("The black label is worth more" smh). Long story short, I bought the green-label, Greatest Hits version of Gran Turismo 2 because it is the 1.1 version, which fixes some game-breaking bugs in the original 1.0 release (which is the one the seller sent me; see images). Ultimately, he ignores my messages rather than trying to negotiate a solution. Let the buyer beware!
