  Item arrived in poor condition. Hat had very frayed ribbon. It was not like that in the picture of the one I ordered. Seller said he included in description that the item was in fair condition but the item looked very good in the EBay picture. Why would I think that when it arrived that it would look like a cat’s claws got to it? I’ve bought at least 50 items from other sellers and never had this experience. If it says great job-I did not say that.
