A++ Highly recommended seller. Buy from this seller and get a great deal, period. My item arrived very quickly and the careful packaging was above standard (waterproof even). The condition of the item is exactly as described, maybe better. This is a quality vintage tuner that was carefully and thoughtfully cleaned before being placed up for auction, which greatly improved its appearance and value. Beyond that, the tuner works perfectly at all tested ranges. Great job and thank you!!!

He was offered a full return! I have yet to see a return opened. In honesty I don't think he understood the process as I always take returns especially if I made the mistake. He received the item on 8/5 and contacted me on 8/26. I responded immediately with clear, concise directions. Sometimes you can't please everyone.
