  End to end this whole process was extremely pleasant, all the instructions were easy to follow and the seller gave me updates at every step, including notifying me that my Amplifier was indeed broken (I wasn't 100% sure, it was just an educated guess given the rest of the system testing fine) The whole process was about 5-6 days, in other words, lightning quick, and I just finished putting the repaired amp in and the system works great now! Thank you so much!

  So far so good! Refurbished radio works GREAT! Navigation via the touch screen is very functional. To avoid future problems, I am using a stylus. Price was better than other refurbished units and OEM Auto Audio Inc. offers a implied 1 year warranty that the competition lacked. My my defective unit that I returned was mint in appearance, and the one I got in exchange isn't too bad appearance wise. That fact that it works is what I really care about and $50 for return of the core.
