  This item was listed as a dustpan and broom, but only the broom came. I had contacted the seller, and was dissatisfied with the response. I asked a further question but did not hear back from them for a few days, so assumed the issue would not be resolved. However, I finally did receive a response willing to refund half of the purchase price for the dustpan. I appreciate that the seller was willing to make things right, but suggest changing the listing. Good price, received quickly.

  I'm adding to this, because the seller finally responded with a fair offer to make good on the situation. I would change it, if I could, and give them a better rating. They did send it in good time, and it was in good condition. Just not as advertised.
