  DISHONEST SELLER! Makes excuses for lying to customers, feels justified and does not even apologize or try to make things right. Thinks it’s OK to waste your time and post inaccurate listings with fake pictures included from the manufacturer along with their real pictures and sends your purchase missing parts and smugly does nothing to help you. Says’ “they didn’t notice”, that they didn’t have all the original parts + nothing in description about it either. Refused partial refund. 0 integrity.

  The buyer tried to blackmail me, and I turned them down. I offer free returns with a full refund. All they had to do we open a return. I explained they could keep the item or open a return. They want to keep the item and the money. The product straw was slightly changed. I apologize for not catching the minor change. They are upset because I am following eBay’s TOS.
