  Controller is defective. Seller acknowledged the issue but only after multiple attempts to contact them. They agreed to a partial refund so I could get it fixed, but then weeks went by without crediting my method of payment. Now they claim it’s too late to refund through eBay. DO NOT buy anything from these dishonest crooks. To make matters worse, eBay customer support is nothing short of a joke. They collect fees but intentionally make it difficult to obtain support or resolve disputes.
