The Agilent 34401A was offered as defective because the buttons on the front panel were not working properly, but after cleaning the button matrix with IPA, the multimeter worked like new again. The Tektronix TDS 3052B Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope is in fair used condition, the case is in great cosmetic shape, but the scope has high usage hours and a loose front panel attenuator board, which made for a great low price. I have this seller on my favored sellers list for their accurate descriptions, high-quality items, great prices and very fast shipping.
