  Item arrived in great condition! The plush product box was a little dented, but the plush itself was perfect and the product itself was packaged very securely. Shipping took about two weeks- which is very speedy as it shipped overseas. Overall I'd highly recommend this seller!

  USPS screwed up the tracking, so I ended up having to wait another week from when the item said it was "delivered" for it to actually arrive. In spite of this, the seller was extremely kind and helpful when I messaged them about the problem, and did what they could to solve the issue! As for for the item, it was packed very nicely and thankfully had arrived safely! Definitely recommend this seller!

Aegis arrived in excellent condition, just like her sister, and the quality of the seller's packaging was secure and ensured safe transportation! They both were protected by cardboard cards and bubble wrap. It was exactly as described and pictured, and I'm in love with her!
