  Overall, Item arrived in good condition and well protected thanks to the shipper's care and consideration for packaging. The exterior box was pretty banged up but the mouthpiece itself was well protected and is the most important part of the shipment. Good quality, item as described. Good value when compared to other retailer prices. A++

  Accurate description, fast shipping, and the music was packaged with care! They put a cardboard sheet in the package the same size as the music so that it didn't get bent or damaged in shipping. Thank you!

  Seller was awesome - quick processing and out for delivery. I could tell from the tracking the mouthpiece was travelling my way. Unfortunately, the USPS messed up... not the seller's fault! Even though the USPS scanned and showed the item as 'delivered' it actually was not in my mailbox. Perhaps the USPS dropped it off in someone else's mailbox, perhaps it was stolen. Don't know. The seller did great, so I have to work with USPS to try to find it. I may have to buy another mouthpiece.
