    Ordered 1/2 day delivery as urgent item. However, with courier parcel force it took 4 days. There was an unexplained initial delay then an attempted delivery but courier ignored my instructions and didn’t leave card for further action. I had to go online and track the parcel myself which was eventually redelivered 2/3 days late. Tracking was useless , no communication from parcel force as to delivery or redelivery. They use outdated systems, don’t leave in safe place as instructed and delay 👎

    De bezorger heeft het helaas niet op het juiste adres aangeboden en direct alweer terug gezonden zonder mij te contacten, ondanks dat ze zowel mijn telefoon als mijn e-mailadres hadden. Ik zou het wel alsnog willen hebben.
