  I received the tile today, the box was damaged and the UPS driver said the item was too heavy for them to send it in the box they used. Five tiles were damaged and will not be usable. UPS was willing to send it back but I told them not to and hopefully I can get by without them.

The Grill from Wolf was brand new with factory packaging. Absolutely exceeded my expectations. Very happy with the purchase.

  Happy with the item. It arrived two days after ordering but the tracking info. was incorrect, saying that it was still on it's way after I received it. Then around a week or so later it said it was delivered at my door or mailbox and of course nothing was there.
