    I’m very disappointed with this experience. I purchased a speaker that arrived in terrible condition. When I reported the issue, I was promised a replacement, but it was never sent. It’s frustrating to deal with repeated promises that aren’t kept. This has been a poor experience for me, and I will be avoiding this in the future.
