  I contacted 3 times asking for specifics before the purchase and never got a response. So comms. Sucked. But, for the price I was willing to take a chance. I honestly didn't expect anything at all to come in the mail let alone the right thing in such perfectly appropriate Packaging. They even marked all the torqued bolts and used a punch by hand to mark the ratio. I would give 5 stars but man was I worried I just threw $210 into limbo. $700+ part for $210. Worth it for me.   Items arrived in separate boxes days apart. Not mentioned on the invoice that there were two separate shipments, so I contacted them about the missing items. Their response from the contact was exceptionally slow. They didn't mention two separate shipments so I filed a return request. Two days later the rest of the shipment arrived and it is exactly what we needed. Better customer response time would have saved a lot of headaches. I also have an eBay store.

  Ordered wrong part. Informed seller. Told me it was too late. Informed seller would return it as soon as I received it. HAD TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING COST. Don't like this seller.

  answered any question I had and responded within the same day I asked the question. i am looking forward do doing more business with this seller and there same day shipping is second to none. item arrived 3 days before expected time of delivery. Thanks again!!!

  Do not purchase anything from them. If they don’t have the correct part they will just send you the closest thing and not tell you. Terrible customer service. I ordered a rear differential rebuild kit and they sent me one missing half the parts and still charged me for the master rebuild kit. Absolute rip off and I will never be buying anything from them ever again

  Had an issue when package arrived, contacted seller and they quickly resolved the problem with no hassle and expedited the parts to me. Things happen, they made it right. 5 stars would buy from them again!
