  DVD arrived quickly. However, though the discs showed no visible scratches, neither would spin up and go to a menu or play. Seller was immediately responsive and issued a refund, having listed this item for a friend it sounds like. All communication throughout negotiations on the front end and refund on the back end were excellent. Though it's disappointing that I'll have to go on the hunt again, I would shop this seller again simply for the honesty and responsiveness factors. Two thumbs up!

  so Eric Carmen is one of the least respected artist in recent history in my opinion. This cd is one of a few of his greatest hits collections and I highly recommend this seller for future purchases Although I haven't opened the cd yet it came well packed and in a timely manner
