  The item arrived with visible handprints, dirt, dents on the back, and was fully bent along the bottom side. It was described as “new open box”, but the condition is clearly used and damaged, not matching the listing description. Additionally, the shipping cost was extremely high for an item in this condition. When I contacted the seller, instead of addressing the issue, they mocked me through private messages and refused to offer a resolution. I am requesting a full refund.

  In order for us to do a full refund, you should return it first you refused to return the product and you need a full refund !!! and that’s unacceptable. We understand you don’t like it because it’s an open box product. And we accept returns
