  I really appreciate how the package was safely packaged - I'm always a little worried with these kinds of things but the seller considered the integrity of the item and padded it carefully. The item itself came in perfect condition, the appearance was just as described, the quality of the item was just as described. I also believe the value of this item was completely fair and receiving the package was super simple and easy. It was sent via DHL. Will be shopping from this seller again!

  Phone was safely shipped in secure packaging and arrived in near pristine condition. Set to english and as described with very, very minor scratches. The seller was helpful and checked in to make sure everything went smoothly. The Kyocera itself will require some tech know-how to go beyond basic functionality; and please research beforehand to be sure it is compatible with your service provider/location. If so, great value and would recommend this seller!

  Item came as described, and faster then I thought. Was boxed save and good - as far as I am concerned you may rely on this seller. I would buy here again, I recomend those Japanese guys everywhen I am asked. You must not expect any answer to requests, but this might be because the Japanese way to comunicate is a different one. But still everything is all right in the end.

  the seller was absolutely amazing! I will admit I was a little skeptical at first but as my package was being shipped the seller kept me well updated and answered all of my questions, and when I received my package, it was very well kept with bubble wrap and newspaper to keep it safe, not to mention it was shipped very quickly! and the flip phone was also in great condition I would definitely recommend this!

  I bought the used phone from this seller and waited a couple of weeks to fully test the device before leaving my feedback. I can say I’m completely satisfied: the phone is exactly as described, in excellent condition, and works perfectly. Communication was clear throughout, and the shipping was in an acceptable time and secure. The only regret I had was with the customs fees, but of course, that’s not the seller’s fault. I highly recommend this seller for their honesty and reliability!
