  Streamlined order and delivery, very easy purchase. packaged box was quite dented though contents within were very thoroughly and well protected with bubble-wrap and buffer filler. Clearly a lot of effort put in to ensure the item would be delivered well. Appreciated supplier

  Fast delivery, could’ve done with a slightly bigger box to fully seal the vase, a few hairline cracks on the front of the vase and around the opening on the top which wasn’t mentioned in the description or the photos. Buyer had marked the item as posted when it hadn’t been yet which made me panic slightly but was posted later on that day.
