  I've tried to be understanding. Ok look i want my money back. 100% money back guarantee Ebay. Give me my money back. I will not use ebay again if you don't respect your guarantee. I did not receive the item and I've waited for a while now. The address was entered wrong so it was sent back. Seller had issues, I waited, showed my address changed when asked. So yeah. This was negligent and I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I've waited 2 months to watch this movie with my wife, and it has been months now. Help
