  The disc was packaged very well and sent within the expected timeframe. Unfortunately for me the Bonus Materials of the DVD won't play. I contacted the seller about this and she refunded me. This seller doesn't accept returns which places me into a quandary as I really don't want to keep a DVD that isn't able to play all materials on the DVD. Customer service is excellent refunding me though I never requested it. Good seller.

  The 3 DVDs that I ordered came beautifully wrapped in a BOX, so they arrived in perfect, like-new condition. With the sender's special offer, I paid the $4.63 shipping cost only once, so it was a great value, too. I can see why this sender rates 100% approval!
