  Seller didn't ship item. I sent 3 different messages over 15 days without a response back. Opened a case with eBay, who contacted seller, and still no action on sellers part, yet had to wait a week to get refunded by eBay. As far as I'm concerned, seller shouldn't be on eBay if they can't adhere to policy.
