  This seller has made me never want to use eBay again. I ordered 12 Egyptian cotton towels totalling £130, he chose to send them by evri which are known as being the worst delivery company in the UK. They failed to arrive, some days later I messaged and received a nonchalant "I will contact evri", a few more days still no towels or explanation. Then I received a partial refund! Of £51. So not only do I not have my towels, and need to find more, I have to badger the seller for correct refund

  I had some initial issues with my order, but seller quickly resolved the problem. The communication was excellent throughout the process, and once everything was sorted, the towels were delivered much faster than expected. The towels are soft, high-quality, and just as described. Great customer service and a positive experience overall!
