Other sellers can learn a lesson in how to communicate RIGHT from these lovely friends so far away from Alaska. Shipping container is the highest quality I've ever seen!! Can double as a violin bow case until you can buy a hard case with extra storage space inside. Shipping had a very slight hiccup yet this fabulous seller fixed it fast

    The item is very good. All as described. The delivery was not so good. Evri made a pigs ear out of it. They posted saying they had the item and then for a whole week nothing changed. They eventually said they had tried to deliver the item, they hadn't. I couldn't find out what was happening. Their service centre didn't know. Then the item was delivered about two weeks after they said they had it.

    Quality violin for the money. Delivered early and well packed. Only criticism is that the bridge had slots all over - not well defined. I asked for the make of the strings but no reply on that, just that they are steel?

    Excellent seller goods as described and well packed exactly what I wanted seller had good communication. As I always say if you’re prepared to wait 2 weeks you can get exactly what you want from China for guitar building the quality is good too.
