  The description of the ornament never stated the the item was broken. Seller stated that the photo showed the small item was broken. The photo was soooo small that you could not see the missing part. I had to go to Ebay to receive a refund. NEGATIVE expieriance.

  The experience could not have been that negative as the buyer continued to make offers to buy another one of my products repeatedly after this transaction. It was only after I declined several of her offers of 50% or more that she chose to leave negative feedback.
