  Shipped right away. Well packaged and protected. Worked perfectly. Came with installation and setup instructions. Great value for me because I live in very rural west. It's 100 miles to the nearest garage door dealer. So being able to order and install myself was a great help and savings. Would recommend and would purchase again.
