  Item arrived damaged, see photos. This may have been caused by temperature fluctuations during shipping. Seller responded, apologized and provided return label immediately. I had the FULL refund back in my bank account within minutes of dropping off at post office.   Item arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was very high quality and very well protected and shipped with care. It looks perfect and exactly as described, with no scratches, dents or blemishes and is perfect quality. It was also very reasonably priced compared to the others on the market.

  Looked just as described. Well protected as well inside the shipping box which was good cause the box definitely got beat up in transit. The steel book set itself looks beautiful. Shipping was prompt. No complaints! Would def buy from this seller again.

  Good quality, fast shipping, good seller. Steelbook back cover was in a different language than pictured in the listing, which doesn't bother me and I didn't bring it up to the seller so it doesn't affect my rating, but worth mentioning here in a review for accuracy.
