  I contacted the seller two separate times regarding a defective GDM headset that was included with this purchase. The speakers and mic were defective. The seller never responded to my claim. A separate issue was the seller advertised the more expensive GDM HyperSonic headset, but sent the less expensive GDM Super Sonic headset. This supplier rightfully deserves Negative feedback.

  Even though we use the sizing information that was listed on the listing and the site, the helmet arrived too small. When informed that the helmet was too small, the listing party refused refund and said that that was our problem.

  Fast shipping from CA to HI, took 4 days from time of order. Packaged nice and neatly. Better than described, outstanding quality for the price, and I dare say, better than most band name jackets. Snugged, and yet, comfortable fitting for a XXL. I will definitely buy again! 10/10 recommend.
