  Not the seller's fault because they didn't manufacture the part, they just sold it. The part is used to attach to the spare tire to hold it up under the vehicle with a cable and winch system. The holes in the part do not align with the lug bolts on the tire! Instead of sending it back I modified it by drilling new holes in the correct locations and welding the nuts over the new holes. This is a genuine part from the manufacture of the vehicle so there is no reason why it didn't fit properly.
