  I added the message to the seller that I need the item asap and it was posted soon after I placed the order. The quality of the product isn't the best but it did the job for the price. Great seller, thank you.

  The item didn’t match the photography in the description so I asked the seller if they could exchange it for the correct item, that email was ignored. I ended up returning the item through eBay’s returns procedure, at which point the seller got touch to ask for a photo of the item, which I gave them, they went on to ignore that email too. A pretty poor service all round, I’ll be steering clear of this seller in future.

  It was described as a kids toy but really an ornament, i tried to contact seller before posting but he never replied to any messages. I got a refund minus return postage so am out of pocket,i would not recommend this seller

  Lots of sellers sell this product and I chose this seller specifically because their listing said it would be posted with Royal Mail. I am very unhappy that the seller posted it with Yodel instead and made no attempt to contact to check if this change would be OK. Delivery by Royal Mail was extremely important to me and if the listing had said Yodel then I wouldn't have bought it. Sellers should not be allowed to mislead buyers like this and that's why I have left negative feedback.
