  The seller listed this item as brand new and although there's tag was attached this item was not brand new. There were stains all over the handle and the bag had a terrible smell. So disappointed with how much this bag cost and I did try to contact the seller but received no response. So sorry but this is why you are receiving a negative review. I would have liked the opportunity to work this out with the seller.

  seller communicated clearly and the plushies delivered in great, new condition. theyre very cute. although, shipping time was a bit slow. once it was out for shipping, it took a long while to get here. the package ended up getting here July 10th and it had been a whole month since ordering, but it should be expected from a packages from japan coming to the US. Regardless, I'd purchase here again :)
