  part they sent was defective at time of install, called their tech and he said part would need to be returned , so i spent 200 on part, 100 on install and was faced with added cost of removing part and shipping. at time of purchase, paid a core charge of 75 and i sent them what was removed from the vehicle. they are now denying the refund of the core charge because it is not the same part number as what they sent, yet they do sell and rebuild the part i sent. horrible customer service staff.
