  There was an issue with the first package getting lost by ups. A replacement seat was immediately sent out via different shipper. The seat was exactly as advertised and their customer service was awesome. Would definitely buy from this company again.

  Everything as described, parts arrived in good condition, and seem to be of good quality. The appearance seems good even though the boxes arrived in bad shape. (Likely to do with shipping company) I would say the value for money is probably a little bit more than what it should be worth for a plastic part.
