  Customer service is non existent. Don't call, voicemail. Don't email, never respond. Decent product however it feels like a start up out of the basement. Not ready for prime time. It's about trial and error, doesn't work like they claim. Can't use certain mods with others/makes the joystick unusable when playing cause of two many mods. These guys are a joke. They will eventually disappear. Money well spent.

  Arrived quickly and it has been rather usable. It is a good price for what it is and works the way it should. Includes other things like the extension cable in a handy bag.
