  Speaker phone does not work when speaking into it. When we received the phone, it was really dirty and sticky on the inside of the case. It was really sticky on the screen too. I had to use alcohol on a soft rag to clean it. The phone has 64GB of space, it's advertised as 128GB. The seller showed pictures that do not make it clear that phone is dirty. This product was marked as used with no problems. Upon reaching out about this, there was no response, I had to contact eBay. Very dishonest.
